Books

My current project is a trilogy of books - one addressed to each of the major generations in today's workforce. I like to think of these books as my "love letters" to each generation. I admire the strengths that each brings to work. The goal of each book is to help members of the generation see how they can be more effective and successful, based on where they are in their careers, how the work place is changing, and how their views on work are likely to relate to the views held by colleagues from other generations.

The first book in the trilogy, Retire Retirement: Career Strategies for the Boomer Generation, written for Boomers, is available now. The second, for Generation Y, will be out this fall. And the third, for Generation X, is due in the spring of 2009.
